Team Retreat at Ender's Island, CT

In June, the newest members of Nielsen Associates enjoyed a weekend of team-building, bonding, and inspiration during our summer 2021 Retreat at Enders Island, Conneticut. Pictured (L-R) are Dorian Caccamo; Barbara Boschert; President and Founder Renée Nielsen; and Valerie Stelloh.

We  took a breather from the fast-paced world of recruiting to reflect on our core values,  and practice them internally.

All of our clients know that for us:

  • It's all About Relationships
  • We Value Your Time
  • The Details Matter
  • We're on top of the trends

An overnight stay, far from the office, offered uninterrupted time to deepen our realtionships. Team-building activities were designed to open up communication. We had honest conversation; gave authentic feedback; and expressed our appreciation.

President and Founder Renée Nielsen said, "We took the time to be present in the moment, recharge, reset and value what is important. We focused on being kind, patient, humble, diligent and charitable;  so that we can be the best we can be;  for ourselves, our families, and  for our clients.  You don’t  get time back;  and I am thankful and  appreciative that our team is so awesome."
