Job Summary

Our client company was founded over 100 years ago, and is renowned as one of the top performance-based training companies worldwide.

This position is responsible for managing the life-cycle of the company’s content portfolio of Training and Development products, and communicating with the worldwide network about the programs.

The Product Manager will work closely with the Director of Product Development to ensure that products are current and meet high quality standards.

This cross-functional role will ensure that programs utilizes appropriate technology to maximize their impact and that they are created in a variety of modalities (e.g. face-to-face, live online, and on-demand eLearning). This role also works across functions and with company franchisees to ensure an outstanding customer experience, and that revenue and registration targets of core programs are achieved. This position reports to the Vice President of Products.

 Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to lead project teams made up of people who do not report to them
  • 7+ years in product management
  • Experience in product management with services or intangible products
  • Strong working knowledge of training and development programs
  • Technologically savvy and able to work as part of a virtual team
  • Fluency in design thinking, creative problem solving, or Agile preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Up to 40% travel
