Product Manager – Training & Development – Melville, NY – $150K
Our client company was founded over 100 years ago, and is renowned as one of the top performance-based training companies worldwide.
This position is responsible for managing the life-cycle of the company’s content portfolio of Training and Development products, and communicating with the worldwide network about the programs.
The Product Manager will work closely with the Director of Product Development to ensure that products are current and meet high quality standards.
This cross-functional role will ensure that programs utilizes appropriate technology to maximize their impact and that they are created in a variety of modalities (e.g. face-to-face, live online, and on-demand eLearning). This role also works across functions and with company franchisees to ensure an outstanding customer experience, and that revenue and registration targets of core programs are achieved. This position reports to the Vice President of Products.
