Digital Marketing Manager Syosset NY – $90K
What we need you to do:
Drive ongoing buyer engagement and conversion across all online marketing channels (coordinating with off-line), with the ultimate goal of growing and accelerating the sales revenue pipeline.
- Lead a team of demand generation marketers
- collaborate with IT partners
- Develop content marketing for each key segmentation (in conjunction with Product Marketing) — including design and development of multi-use assets (videos, webinars, e-books, infographics, brochures, etc.)
- Web / digital marketing for each key segmentation (across both owned, earned and paid media)
- Database harvesting and growth strategies in coordination with all phases of sales funnel activity.
- Tracking, measuring, and analyzingThe experience you need to do it:
- Be an experienced marketer who has leveraged best practice technologies to successfully run B2B and/or B2C campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing leadership, IT and other client facing teams to develop and deploy websites and critical new customers experience technology and tools consistent with optimized customer journeys, which you will help develop.
- 5 to 7+ years of marketing experience focused on demand generation for B2B and B2C client acquisition in a small to medium sized company environment
- 3 to 5+ years managing a team of 3 or more employees.
- Demonstrated proficiency with multiple formats of demand generation, including but not limited to email, website, SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Marketo a plus) and sales automation
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to analyze data and translate into actionable changes.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
