Pay attention to these red flags:

  1. You're bored and no longer challenged.  Passion & excitement are gone.
  2. You are not valued, rewarded, or appreciated.
  3. You don't trust your company.
  4. You feel burnt-out or extremely tired.
  5. You're pessimistic about the future.
  6. You feel isolated.
  7. You're experiencing work-related anxiety.
  8. Your leadership team is not receptive to feedback.
  9. Your skills are becoming obsolete.
  10. You are frustrated because the leadership team lacks competence.
  11. You frequently feel conflicted because you don't agree with corporate values.
  12. You feel trapped because there's little or no room for salary increase, growth or advancement at your company.
